This post is not about that conference. I've been writing that post - it's turning into a bit of an opus, I'm afraid - over the past week, in between dealing with moving, a lot of stuff that's going on in my personal life and a bit of the flu. So please hang in for another day (or two - max).

I'm just breaking my silence to pass on a message to all Israeli bloggers: Tomorrow (Friday) Yoav is hosting the second annual Israeli bloggers' unconference at Benharim, his guesthouse in the Gilboa area.

Benharim (no kids, no pets and no television).

Hanan Cohen, the man behind the Webster aggregator, will be there, and so will a whole lotta other Israelis who blog in Hebrew. I think this would be a fantastic opportunity for English and Hebrew bloggers to hang out, get to know one another and exchange ideas about bridge blogging, cross-linking and cross-translating. If none of that earnest stuff appeals, think of it this way: food, friends and a day in the country.

Yalla, please come - it'll be a lot of fun.

Details are on Yigal's blog. Feel free to email or call me if you have any questions. Oh - and email Yoav if you're planning to attend: benharim@smile.net.il
