On the Radio

A couple of weeks ago, Chris Lydon of NPR's Radio Open Source interviewed me to get an "insider's view" of life in Tel Aviv.

Click here to listen to the edited version; it was broadcast at the end of the March 24 program.

(I'm experimenting with this new free file hosting service, so let me know if you experience any problems in accessing and listening to the interview).

Hi Lisa,

Wow! What a great interview. Short, but right to the point! You have set a great task for yourself. This ongoing conflict has been a journey for all of us. At times my heart hardens towards the Palestinians out of my love and support of Israel. But, you are always there to remind me that there are shades of grey and how important it is to remember that. You do humanize the people, and the conflict, and in doing so provide a profoundly important perspective. I am so happy that you are gaining a wider audience for your work and remain ever grateful for all that you do. Thanks so much!

Lisa, I can't seem to access the interview. I just get a message "File could not be opened."

Ack, tried to access it after signing up for the site but while it opened my itunes nothing would play and when I downloaded it, it downloaded as an html file, and said was unaccessible when I tried to open.
