You're joking, right?

"a secular, humanist nation that is a nation like all others, with solidarity, equality and positive accomplishments. A place of tolerance."
There is nothing about that sentence that says Zionism. It is a really nice sentence, but does not say anything about Jews and maintaining a Jewish state.
And what does a 'nation like all others' mean? Since when has Zionism been about making this a nation like all others.... and since when have all nations been about equality and positive acconplishments? I mean, those are good things to have in a Jewish state, but it is not specifically Zionism.
I really enjoyed that entire story until I read that line and all it did was make my eyes roll.
