Hi Lisa, I'm brand new to your blog and just though I'd throw out a general comment. You're a terrific writer, and I find myself identifying with much of what you describe. I'm an American Jew who longs for Israel although I've never visited. I married an American Catholic who shares my passion for life, and experiencing all that the world offers. I find that your posts (and Hossein's) give me comfort that none of us are alone. I have bookmarked your site, and would love to correspond from time to time.
