Re: Remembering (not hating)

Thank you for this post. It is one of the most thoughtful Yom HaShoah posts I've seen. The photograph of the people standing beside their cars is quite arresting. I have mixed feelings about this holiday. I understand the need to remember, and yet I shudder at the pervasiveness of the victim mentality in mainstream Jewish culture. Still, your most makes me sad, and that's probably good, today. Thank you.
