Compared to the dumps I've seen that place looks nice and spacious. Try looking in Luach Ha'Ir, in between all of the ads posted by realtors there are some gems posted by the owners. That's how I found my fantabulous apartment, and because there isn't that much exposure to the ads there, we didn't have to make a decision within minutes of seeing the place, or fight it out with other would-be tenants.
