It's feckin' obscene. I'm embarrassed to say that we are now looking for someone to take over our place in Hadar Yosef (North Tel Aviv) and have been offered 1000 big ones for a 45 metre pad. I'm still in shock, though the beers are on me for a while... And yes, I finally managed to sign up to blogware...
