But go on defending yourself from the devils of hate, because hate, anger and bitterness will never get us anywhere. Short sighted leaders are ruling the world but we can make a change if we believe in it. Peace can still have a meaning if people from both sides show the way. Remember that it is the people who freed Lebanon of Syria, not the politics. The politics will never get us anywhere. Blindly believing in them will never get us anywhere. Anger, hate and bitterness will never get us anywhere. We need to keep hoping and work in order to achieve peace. There are people on both sides who believe in it. So we can still hope. Insh'allah it will be achieved sooner rather than later.
