Hi Arash, Yes, it is true that the official languages of Israel are Hebrew and Arabic, although most Jews do not speak Arabic. But I looked at the photos on my post and I saw that the sign on the border fence was trilingual (Hebrew, Arabic, English) and of course the caption on the photo of Emile Habibi is in Arabic only. The newspaper is Ma'ariv, a Hebrew daily. There are also dailies in Arabic.
