What's kind of awesome is that seeing the word, between the two blue bars as though on an Israeli flag, I realized that I could more-or-less make it out. I've always wanted to learn Arabic someday, once I've actually mastered Hebrew. So it makes me irrationally pleased that the word in that graffiti was recognizable to me as "salaam." :-)
