This is ripped off from Gillian Wearing's 'Signs that Say What You Want Them To Say and Not Signs that Say What Someone Else Wants You To Say', 1992-3 - hope these Bezalel students are acknowledging her and not pretending it was their idea...(is she cited on the website? I couldn't work my way through the Hebrew!)
