I will add to Liza's smoked salmon thoughts some thoughts of lemon-mint-chocolate-chips ice cream with hazelnuts and chocolate sauce on top. Good luck with everything you're doing. Great photos, btw! Am currently in Lebanon, it's fantastic... And I'll go to the border and wave hello!!
