This type of rocket is by definition terror weapons; unless you fire them at troop concentrations, they can cause more noise than damage. Even for traffic interdiction, they do a lousy job compared to artillery shells. I was however surprised at the extent of damage that some of them caused; when we were bombed with similar devices, we had much less damage per impact than what I saw on TV.
